UDHIYA / QURBANI PROGRAMMES
The Udhiya/Qurbani programme is conducted in the mainly disadvantaged communities of 8 countries in Southern Africa
((Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mozambique, Uganda, Swaziland, Namibia, Zambia and Lesotho, etc). 54 areas are covered in this
region and more than 6, 500 beneficiaries benefit from this programme.
The Dawah implications of the programme are huge as all the people of the local community gather at the centre (Muslims
and non-Muslims) to enjoy a meal and a lecture on the significance of the programme, during the Udhiya/Qurbani
Programme, and interact.
